Took truck in for 30,000 mile service. Always impressed with service advisor Dennis Quick’s professionalism and depth of knowledge. Never been steered toward anything I don’t actually need, and he pointed out a better service special than the one I brought up when I had scheduled the service. While in service, salesman Matthew Tomasello answered my questions about a couple of vehicles on the lot with none of the pressure that one usually gets on a car lot. Clean waiting area, service done quickly for a fair price. I’m happy to keep doing business here.

Stopped at Bay Honda today for sn oil change. I was met by Dennis and although I did not have an appointment, Dennis was able to help me out! I also had questions regarding the operation of my CRV and he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions.

My van died while on vacation - their service team got me in immediately and fixed the problem fast. They even diagnosed and repaired an ongoing issue that my own home dealer hadn’t been able to fix.

Car maintenance appointment went well, i got a ride to my job while they did the proper maintenance my car needed.
Service was very quick and easy. Had 1030 appt, dropped the car off an hour or so early and it was done right away.
Very fast service and everyone was very nice. Everything was explained to me so I could understand what was done.

I would like to brag about the excellent experience I had with the Honda of Bay County Florida service team. My 2024 CR-V FWD was telling me I needed the 1247 service - oil change, tire rotation, air filter check, and brake fluid service. For women: I recommend getting the basic services done here to maintain your vehicle such as oil changes or major services such as a timing belt change. Anything else, I say proceed with caution.
Yesterday, I went for an oil change and during the inspection process they said they found an oil leak. I did find it to be odd as my vehicle is just over 100k. Went in for an oil change. Appointment was set for 3, we arrived at 2:30, didn’t leave until 5. For an oil change. To me that is excessive.
Made appointment by phone to have oil and filter replaced and an estimate of what needed to be done to fix my 7 pin trailer plug.
Arrived to everyone on their phones not paying attention to the roof shell e that pulled into the bay and to find out that a $90 charge would be added for the estimate even if the had the repairs completed by Honda. Dennis was exceptionally great with letting me know what was going on with my car. He notified me asap i needed a cabin filter.
My battery died on me. I called the dealership and got a hold of David and he told me they had a new battery in stock. When I arrived they got me right in and replaced my old battery and I was gone in less than one hour. Thank you

I found my service writer to be dishonest & pushy. One of the codes on my dash indicated a tire rotation. He pretended to glance at a tire & said he “recommends this also “.
I asked him why he recommended this also & he started speaking before he even backed up to look again, pointing & saying how the “tread on these tires are more worn than the other’s tires”. From the minute we arrived at the reception area Dennis Quick was very efficient and friendly. We were having a recall service which was done very efficiently. They also preformed a maintenance check on the vehicle. When the vehicle was ready Dennis went over the report and explained everything. We are very satisfied with the results of the visit.

Needed the service center to repair a broken wire harness damaged by rodents. Michelle was great. She was responsive, helpful in getting my vehicle fixed expeditiously and made me feel very comfortable discussing options. I understand dealerships are more expensive than regular mechanics, but my experience at the service center at Honda of Bay county was superb and I would recommend them to others for good friendly no pressure service.
