In for maintenance service. I received a text stating they found a rats nest by /in the cabin filter and recommended cleaning and blowing out the motor. I said okay. I bought the extents insurance when I bought the car so the maintenance was covered. When I checked out I was informed that I owed $507.20. $430.88 Labor, $44.00 Shop Charges and $32.32 taxes.
$430 for a 30 minute job the nest looked more like tape and pillow stuffing. As I tried to look at it the bag was quickly closed and thrown away.

Used an excellent oil change coupon today. Had to add a brake flush at full price though. Bought a discount package for future oil and tire rotation. Surprise! Shop fee was over 13% of actual service! If future work was counted, we'll be hit again. Wait was a bit long at 2h. Status texts were time stamped an hour off (wrong time zone), but trivial.
Punctual appointments. Status updates and friendly staff that explains both the good and what needs to be addressed.

Took truck in for 30,000 mile service. Always impressed with service advisor Dennis Quick’s professionalism and depth of knowledge. Never been steered toward anything I don’t actually need, and he pointed out a better service special than the one I brought up when I had scheduled the service. While in service, salesman Matthew Tomasello answered my questions about a couple of vehicles on the lot with none of the pressure that one usually gets on a car lot. Clean waiting area, service done quickly for a fair price. I’m happy to keep doing business here.

Car maintenance appointment went well, i got a ride to my job while they did the proper maintenance my car needed.
Service was very quick and easy. Had 1030 appt, dropped the car off an hour or so early and it was done right away.
