Their decadent and creative options include flavors like pralines and cream, Circus (which consists of cotton candy ice cream with gummy bears), black walnut, and Chocolate Hurricane (dark chocolate ice cream with a chocolate ribbon and chocolate flakes).
Pink Pelican’s ice cream is served in house-made waffle cones or in a bowl. Nuts are toasted daily and toppings like whipped cream and chocolate fudge are made by hand.

For chocolate lovers, Pink Pelican offers Madison’s Chocolate Madness, which features a fresh-made brownie topped with three scoops of Chocolate Hurricane ice cream topped with hot fudge, homemade whipped cream, and chocolate sprinkles.
Their most famous sundae, Dylan’s Cookie Monster Delight, leaves taste buds satisfied and tongues blue. This delectable frozen creation features three scoops of Cookie Monster ice cream topped with homemade fudge, as well as hand-crafted waffle cones.
Other notable offerings include a gargantuan banana split and The Bomb Creamsicle, a float of vanilla ice cream on orange Fanta topped with house-made whipped cream.
